Sears Credit Card Account User ID & Password Recovery

• If you are not able to remember your User ID & Password associated with your Sears Credit Card account, you can reset it with the below-mentioned process.
• Open the following link once again – pay.searscard.com to get the Login widget provided by Citi Bank.
• There will be the following option for you below the Sign On button – ‘Retrieve User ID’ and ‘Reset Password’.

To recover the User ID of Sears Master Credit Card account, click on ‘Retrieve User ID’ link.

• At next step, enter the following information – Credit Card Number, Name as it appears on card, Last 4 digits of Primary Cardholder’s SSN, Security Code, Phone Number etc. attached with your card account and click on Verify button to initiate the account verification process.

To reset the Password of Sears Master Credit Card account, click on ‘‘Reset Password’ link at the previous stage.
