Rexall Sweepstakes Contest Rules & Requirements
In order to participate in the Rexall Customer Satisfaction Survey to get the discount on your next Rexall purchase and get the free Sweepstakes entry, you will need to
- Be a legal resident of Canada.
- At least 18 years old or the age of majority in your respective state or province.
- Not an employee of Rexall, its parents, subsidiaries, InMoment, Empathica Inc., and their associated companies and any of their immediate family members or person in the same household or anyone associated with the contest.
- Visit a participating Rexall store lately and receive a survey invitation on the prescription.
Rexall Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest Entry
There are several ways to enter the Rexall Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes program- Online, by Phone and Mail. If you fulfill all the eligibility requirements required for the survey, you can choose any method you prefer.
Online Entry
- Visit the Survey URL printed on your Rexall Survey Invitation receipt. Or, you can go to www.tellrexall.ca.
- To ensure that your feedback reaches the manager of the Rexall location you visited, enter the information i.e. total amount spent, date and time of visit, and the Survey Entry Code from your receipt in their fields. (Take a look at the sample receipt image provided in the right of the page to find those details on your original receipt).
- Click on the green “ENTER” button to begin the survey.
- Respond to the survey questions to the best of your knowledge.
- Make sure you fill out all the areas marked with an asterisk and provide the required details to receive the $5 coupon and also enter the applicable draw of the sweepstakes.
- Submit when you are done.
Phone or SMS Survey Entry
Besides the online survey, the eligible customers can take the telephone or SMS Survey and participate in the sweepstakes for a chance to win prizes. To complete a phone survey, call the toll-free number on your Rexall survey invitation and respond to the recorded prompts. For the Rexall SMS Survey, text your responses following the instructions to the number provided in your survey invitation. At the conclusion, you will have an opportunity to provide your Sweepstakes Entry information to enter the related Drawing.

Mail-In Entry
For the Mail-In Entry to participate in the Rexall Sweepstakes, write the sentence “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one Daily Prize” or “Please enter me in the Empathica Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes” including your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address (No PO Box), email address and the name of Rexall on a paper sheet and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to one of the applicable address.

A Few Important Notes on Rexall Survey Sweepstakes
- Random drawing for the daily prizes will be held monthly and weekly prizes will be awarded each week.
- All the eligible and complete entries will be entered in the draw for the daily sweepstakes for the day or the following Weekly Sweepstakes in which they are received.
- The selected winners will be contacted by telephone or email within 10 days of selection to which they must respond within 10 days of that initial notification to claim the prize.
- The prize will be sent to the winner within 60 days of the applicable draw date.
- The prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque or money order
