In order to participate in the TK Maxx Customer Satisfaction Survey and get the free Sweepstakes entry, you will need to
- Be a legal resident of the 50 US, The District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, The Republic of Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Honduras, or The Republic of Korea.
- At least 18 years or the age of majority in their respective states or province or country.
- Not an employee of TK Maxx, its parents, subsidiaries, InMoment, Empathica Inc., and their associated companies and any of their immediate family members or person in the same household or anyone associated with the contest.
- Visit a participating TK Maxx store lately and receive a survey invitation on the cash register receipt.

There are several ways to enter TK Maxx Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes program- Online, by Phone or Mail. If you fulfill all the eligibility requirements required for the survey, you can choose any method according to your preference.

- Visit the Survey URL printed on your TK Maxx Survey Invitation receipt. Or, you can go to www.tkmaxxcare.com.
- To ensure that your feedback reaches TK Maxx Store managers, enter some information such as store number, transaction number, and register number from your receipt in their fields at the lower part of the page. (If you have trouble to locate those numbers, take a look at the sample receipt image provided in the right of the page to find it on your customer copy).
- Click on the green “NEXT” button to begin the survey.
- Respond to the required survey questions.
Make sure you fill out all the areas marked with an asterisk before submit. When the survey is complete, you will need to provide some of your personal and contact details i.e. name, phone number, etc. to enter the applicable sweepstakes.
Phone or SMS Survey Entry
Besides the online survey, the eligible customers can take the telephone or SMS Survey and participate in the sweepstakes for a chance to win prizes. To complete a phone survey, call the toll-free number on your TK Maxx survey invitation and respond to the recorded prompts.
To take the TK Maxx Survey by SMS, text your responses according to the instructions to the phone number provided in your survey invitation. At the conclusion, you will have an opportunity to provide your Sweepstakes Entry information to enter the applicable Drawing contest.

Mail-In Entry

A Few Important Notes on TK Maxx Survey Sweepstakes
- All the eligible and complete entries will be entered in the draw for the daily sweepstakes for the day or the following Weekly Sweepstakes in which they are received.
- Random drawing for the daily prizes will be held monthly and weekly prizes will be awarded each week.
- The selected winners will be contacted by telephone or email within 10 days of selection and they must respond within 10 days of the initial notification to claim the prize.
- The prize will be sent to the winner within 60 days of the applicable draw date.
- The prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque or money order
