Your honest opinion helps Giant Tiger find the loopholes to take the necessary steps if required and make the customers’ as well as your shopping experience better than now. As a token of appreciation for taking the time and provide the feedback, you will be given one free entry into the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Prize Drawing Contest for a chance to win a Giant Tiger gift card.
Giant Tiger Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes Prize
One prize consisting of a $500 CDN Giant Tiger Gift Card is available to be won each Monthly Entry Period.
There are 12 prizes awarded in the contest. The approximate retail value of all prizes is $6000 in Canadian dollars.
Giant Tiger Customer Experience Survey Contest Rules & Requirements
In order to participate in the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes, you must complete the following requirements and comply with the contest rules.
- You must be a legal resident of Canada
- You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence or older at the time of drawing entry.
- Must not be the employees of Giant Tiger Stores Ltd., its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the survey administrator or any of their immediate family members or a person living in the same household or involved in the promotion.
- You will need to visit a participating Giant Tiger retail store and receive a purchase receipt with an invitation for the online survey on it.
Giant Tiger Customer Experience Sweepstakes Entry
There are two ways, Online Survey Completion and Mail-In Entry, to enter the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Monthly Draw. If you are an eligible customer of Giant Tiger, you can use any of the entry methods to participate in the contest as per your convenience and availability.
Online Entry
- Keep your Giant Tiger to hand and visit the survey site printed on it. Or, go to www.gianttiger.com/survey
- Select your preferred language between English and French to enter the survey.
- Input the Transaction Number, Store Number, Till and Visit Date from your Giant Tiger receipt to ensure your review makes it back to that Giant Tiger store owner or manager you visited. (If you do not locate the info on your receipt, look at the sample receipt image indicating the required fields).
- Click on the red “Enter” button to begin the survey.
- Fill out the survey in its entirety recalling your most recent Giant Tiger experience.
- Enter the sweepstakes entry information including a valid email address to receive a free entry in the draw for the applicable Monthly Period.
Mail-In Entry
The eligible individuals, who did not receive any survey invitation receipt, can also take part in the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Sweepstakes without making any purchase or completing the online survey by submitting a mail-in entry request. For that, you will need to send a hand-written original letter containing the sentence “Please enter me in the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Survey 2019-2020 Contest” along with your first name, last name, full address, telephone number, and email address to the following mailing address

A Few Notes on Giant Tiger Survey Contest Sweepstakes
- Each participant will be given one entry for the monthly period it is received.
- There is no carry forward to the subsequent period and the contest entry is limited one per person during each Monthly Entry Period
- The drawing will be conducted within 15 days following the conclusion of the monthly period
- The sponsor, Giant Tiger, will notify the potential winner within 3 days by email or telephone after the draw and they must respond within 14 days of that notification.
- The selected participant must respond as instructed to be considered as a verified winner to claim the prize within 3 business days of being notified.
- The prize will be delivered to the verified winner within around 8 weeks after the end of the respective Monthly Entry Period
