Z Energy invites the customers, who have recently made any purchase from a Z retail store or service station, complete a brief Customer Satisfaction Survey and share their experience with Z. In return, all the eligible entrants who have correctly completed the full Z Customer Satisfaction Survey will be entered into the monthly Z Survey Sweepstakes for a chance to win a Z Energy gift card.

Z Energy Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
To take part in the Z Customer Satisfaction Survey, you must be an eligible customer. Only then you can fill out the Survey and enter the applicable monthly drawing contest. For that, you will need to
- Be a Z Energy customer
- Must visit a participating Z service station during the survey period
- Make an eligible purchase there and receive a survey invitation with a unique survey entry code.
- Must not be an employee of Z retailers and Z service stations and their immediate families.
Z Energy Customer Satisfaction Survey Draw Entry
The online survey is the only method to participate in the Z Survey Sweepstakes Draw. To initiate the survey procedure, keep your Z Energy receipt handy and use the steps provided below.
- Visit the URL printed on your Z receipt or access Z Customer Satisfaction Survey at www.tellz.co.nz
- Type the 16-digit survey entry code found on your receipt in the field at the bottom side of the page to ensure your feedback makes it back to the manager of the location you visited and got the survey invitation.
- Click on the “ENTER” button to take your survey.
- Complete the survey in its entirety.
- When you are done, submit the required details and you will be in the sweepstakes of the current monthly drawing period.
A Few Notes on Z Energy Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes
- Z Survey Sweepstakes Prize Draw will be held once each month during this survey period.
- One prize is available for each week in the relevant month’s prize draw. Like if there are 4 weeks in a month, 4 prizes will be awarded in that monthly drawing.
- Each monthly draw will be held on the first Monday of the month for the previous month.
- The first valid entry drawn in each draw will win the prize
- Each winner can win only once.
- The prize winners will be attempted to notify by phone within 7 days after the draw is conducted.
- For failed communication, the prize will be redrawn to select a new winner.
